By using the RSRY app or website, you agree to these terms.

Use of RSRY

RSRY is provided as a prayer companion for the Holy Rosary. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and respectfully.

Recording Contributions

If you join the invite-only Latin recording pilot, you confirm that you are at least 18 and authorize RSRY to retain submitted recordings until they become eligible for permanent deletion 730 days after acceptance, and to use reviewed recordings to train, test, improve, and distribute speech-recognition models. Cloud lifecycle deletion may complete shortly after eligibility. RSRY will not publish or sell the raw recordings as a public dataset. You retain any rights you have in your voice and may request deletion of retained raw recordings with your withdrawal code.

No Warranty

RSRY is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that browser or device speech recognition, session restoration, Live Activities, audio, or any feature will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Matthew McCarty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
